Further submission (Fresh claim)

Submit new evidence to support your asylum claim

You can submit new evidence if your asylum claim has been refused or withdrawn and you have no more right to appeal. This is called a ‘further submission’.

The new evidence must be something that you did not have until now.

You can be prosecuted and forced to leave the UK if you give false evidence.

You can only submit new evidence if you’ve been through every available appeal process.

You cannot submit new evidence from outside the UK.

· Liverpool

· Belfast
